Challenge
Shopping for electronics online can be overwhelming. Users often face too many similar products with confusing technical specifications, difficulty comparing devices' prices from many vendors, uncertainty about vendor credibility, lengthy and frustrating checkout processes. VoltEdge needed to solve these pain points while maintaining clarity, speed, and user trust.

Goal
We aimed to design a modern, visually engaging electronic shopping app that aligns with the client’s brand while delivering a seamless user experience. The app is built to be responsive across devices, easy to navigate, and optimized for in-app search and performance to improve product discoverability and user engagement.


Result
I applied a user-centered design thinking approach, focusing on clarity, trust, and efficiency. The strategy involved understanding user pain points around comparison and decision-making. Prioritizing transparency through verified vendors and clear product data. Designing intuitive flows that minimize steps from discovery to purchase.
